At Bellavista, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent, flexible, and fair to all our guests. By making a reservation with us—whether directly through our website, by phone, or through third-party platforms—you agree to the terms outlined below.
Reservation Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservations according to the cancellation window stated at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the free cancellation period—typically 48 to 72 hours before check-in, depending on the room type and rate plan—will be eligible for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
Non-refundable bookings, special rate plans, and promotional packages are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Please read the terms of your selected rate carefully before confirming your reservation.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled without eligibility for a refund.
Early Departure
Guests who choose to shorten their stay after check-in will not be entitled to a refund for unused nights. Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of Bellavista management and subject to circumstances and room availability.
Refund Processing
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or third-party booking platform.
Group Bookings and Long-Stay Reservations
For group bookings or long-stay reservations, a separate cancellation policy may apply. These will be clearly stated in your booking contract or confirmation email. In most cases, group cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival may incur a partial or full charge.
Amendments to Bookings
Requests to modify dates, room types, or the number of guests are subject to availability and may incur rate adjustments. In the case of a downgrade or shorter stay, standard cancellation terms will apply. Amendments must be made at least 48 hours before the original check-in time.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest—Bellavista reserves the right to cancel reservations for the safety of our guests and staff. In such instances, affected bookings will be eligible for a full refund or offered a credit voucher for a future stay.
