2. Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in for verification purposes. The guest named in the reservation must be present during check-in.
3. Rates, Payments, and Taxes
All room rates listed on our website are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Rates may vary depending on the season, room type, and promotional offers. Payment for bookings may be made online through our secure payment gateway or at the property, depending on the reservation terms. 4. Cancellations and Refunds

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times during their stay. Any actions that disturb other guests, damage hotel property, or violate local laws will not be tolerated. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, or common areas during their stay. Charges for damages or missing items will be added to the final bill or charged to the payment method provided.
